SEI 700 forms are statement of Economic Interest Forms. Setup like tax returns but they require far more information about assets and income. The system was established in 1974 but instructions not on form allowed for omission of filers largest assets in a way that nullified system purposes.  Then other changes related to 1) judge qualifications 2) court cosolidations 3) Assessor-Clerk-Recorder consolidations transpired and "how bad could it get"?  You , as part of the largest Court of Public Opinion you can muster, now need to be the Judge.
